By using Seyare services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, along with our Terms of Service.

Seyare (“Company”, “We”) provides proxy services via its platform (“Service”) to users (“You”, “Customer”). This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

In case of any dispute related to the Service, you agree to first follow the resolution procedure described below.

1. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase.

Certain services may be designated as non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

For quality assurance and security purposes, communications with support may be recorded.

2. Eligible Reasons for Refund

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment
    A payment was made more than once unintentionally.

  • Duplicate Purchase
    The same service/package was purchased multiple times by mistake and remains unused.

  • Service Inconsistency
    The Service provided does not materially match the description outlined in our Terms of Service.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Unlimited Plans
    Unlimited proxy plans (including but not limited to mobile, residential, or datacenter) are refundable only within the first 24 hours and only if total data usage does not exceed 500 MB. Otherwise, they are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Violation of Terms
    If you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Account Suspension or Termination
    If your account has been restricted, suspended, or terminated due to abuse, illegal activity, or policy violations.

  • Data Usage Started
    If you have initiated data transfer through the Service.

  • Connectivity & Performance
    We do not guarantee network speed, uptime, or quality, as these depend on third-party providers. No refunds will be issued based on performance expectations.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Registration Data
    If you provided false, incomplete, or inconsistent information during registration.

  • Payment Method Restrictions
    Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. No exceptions.

  • Service Matches Description
    If the Service operates as described in the Terms of Service, no refund will be granted.

  • Software Compatibility Issues
    We are not responsible for incompatibility with your software, scripts, or tools.

  • Testing / Trial Usage
    Any usage involving promotional balances, credits, or testing periods is non-refundable.

  • Manual or Custom Payments
    Payments made manually or outside standard billing flows are non-refundable.

4. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any external claim or chargeback, you agree to contact our support team and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time.
