• you are legally permitted to use such services

If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. General Provisions

Seyare provides proxy services that route user traffic through distributed and shared IP addresses.

We reserve the right to:

• modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service
• change these Terms at any time without prior notice

The version of the Terms published on this page is always the current and legally binding version.

The Service may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful in your location.

3. Account

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information
• maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• be fully responsible for all activity under your account

During registration, we may collect:

• Use of proxies may result in account bans or restrictions on third-party platforms
• You are solely responsible for any tax or legal consequences arising from your use

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Data Collection, Logs & Cookies

• We may temporarily store technical logs related to requests and system usage
• Logs are retained for a limited number of days and deleted as soon as reasonably possible
• We aim to minimize storage and avoid retaining unnecessary data
